History

Gerald Allison Advisors was established in 2019 by Gerald Allison, an independent advisor, board member, trustee and Chartered Surveyor specialising in strategic property investment strategy.

Gerald has a long career working closely with clients to maximise returns through an analytical approach that embraces long term sustainability and evolving occupier requirements to minimise risk.

Prior to setting up Gerald Allison Advisors, Gerald was Partner at Cushman & Wakefield (formally DTZ) for over 33 years.

Gerald works with a highly experienced, multi-disciplinary team to provide clients with the best advice to enhance value and minimise risk.

Gerald Allison seeks to realise the full potential of people and investment assets through a combination of leadership, experience, and commitment to excellence. He has refined these skills as a trustee, board member, chairman and leading professional advisor in the UK and Globally over a 40-year career. Trusted relationships, sustainable development, investment strategy, mediation, governance, mentoring and complex problem solving are core skills especially with private clients.

Kate Barrow

Kate has over fifteen years experience in real estate market research in both Europe and Asia, having worked in London, Singapore and Hong Kong. Prior to joining Gerald Allison Advisors Kate was Head of Asia Pacific Forecasting at DTZ, where she was responsible for producing research, forecasts and analysis on Asia Pacific real estate markets, both occupier and investor. Kate has a special interest in the field of sustainability.
